While in Fraserburgh, if you fancy a round of golf, why not visit the 7th oldest golf club in the world, Fraserburgh Golf Club. The 18-hole course offers stunning coastal views and, with a growing reputation at home and abroad, is considered one of the best golfing experiences in the northeast of Scotland.

Also located in Fraserburgh is the spectacular viewpoint at Rattray Head. Situated on the coast of the North Sea, Rattray Head is a stunning spot to view the horizon. From the shoreline, visitors can see the rolling waves of the North Sea and the golden sands of the beach. The area is also home to a plethora of fascinating wildlife, including seals, seabirds, and dolphins. Rattray Head is one of the most picturesque places in Fraserburgh. The site is easily accessible via a coastal path and offers breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding coastline. Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities here, including swimming, fishing, bird watching, and walking. It is also a popular spot for picnics and barbecues.

Just South of Fraserburgh is Inverallochy Golf Club, a links course with stunning views of the sea. Although short, it is a challenging and enjoyable 18-hole course suitable for all levels of golfers. The greens at Inverallochy are consistently among the best you can find in the North-east- a true ‘hidden gem’.
